Will the VR make me dizzy?
Because of the high quality of our content and equipment, customers rarely experience motion sickness. We also start everyone with comfort settings enabled and can adjust on the fly.
Is there an age requirement?
We recommend that guests are at least 8 years old for VR experiences. Players under 13 must be accompanied by an adult. Some titles may have higher age recommendations.
What if I wear glasses?
Our headsets fit most types of glasses. If your glasses do not fit, most customers can still see clearly due to how close the VR screens are to your eyes.
How do you move in the games?
All of our VR experiences are free-roam, meaning you physically walk around in real life to move your avatar in the game. It is as real as it gets.
How much does it cost?
VR Escape Rooms are $25 per player for a 50-minute experience. Short 10-minute experiences are available for $5 per person.
If I have a Groupon, how do I book?
All you have to do is email or call, and we can help book you in.
Do we need a reservation?
Yes. Reservations or online bookings are required. Walk-ins are not guaranteed a time slot.
Can I bring in my own food?
Outside food and beverage, with the exception of water, is not permitted on site.
Can I have alcohol onsite?
No. Alcohol, smokeless tobacco, and marijuana products are not permitted on site.
